I am planning a journey to Israel in January 2008. UPDATE:  28 people are joining me to consider the past, place the Bible into its original context, and embrace the specialness of places where God demonstrated His agenda in the world.  Going to Israel is not just another trip.  It is a journey that connects a person to what I like to call "thin" places.  Thin places--places where God breaks into our world in concrete ways.  That makes a trip to Israel a pilgrimage!
